Why items may ship separately
Project Emerald is a multi-seller platform, which means each seller manages their own inventory and fulfilment.
So if you’ve ordered multiple items, they may come from different sellers—and that means:

Shipping updates & tracking
Each seller will update you directly as soon as your tracking information becomes available. Once your item has been shipped, they’ll provide tracking details so you can stay informed.

Pickup options (when available)
Some sellers offer pickup instead of shipping.
If that option is available, you’ll see it clearly at checkout or in your order details.
Choosing pickup means you’ll coordinate directly with the seller—simply message them through the Project Emerald app to arrange a time and place that works.
