How to Delete Your Account on Emerald

We're sorry to see you go! If you'd like to delete your Emerald account, follow these simple steps:

On the App:

1. Open the Project Emerald app.

2. Go to your Profile (tap the person icon in the bottom menu).

3. Tap Account Settings.

4. Scroll down and select Delete Account.

5. Confirm your choice when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted and you will no longer have access to your listings, messages, or purchase history. This action cannot be undone.

Please note: In accordance with our Privacy Policy, some transactional and financial data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or fraud prevention purposes, even after your account is deleted. This data is not used for marketing or shared with third parties for advertising.
