Easy! First, download the Project Emerald app and create a profile. You’ll be asked to add your size and style preferences to help personalise your feed. Then you’re ready to shop or list your own pieces!

Nope! Listing is free. You’ll only be charged a small fee when your item sells—so you can list as much as you like, risk-free.
We welcome quality clothing, shoes, and accessories. Items must be clean, in good condition, and have a resale value of $20 or more. Think: pieces you’d be happy to receive yourself.
Not on the app. But you can take them to one of our partner charities who can list them.
You can offer postage or local pick-up—it’s totally up to you. Buyers cover the shipping cost, and you’ll be guided through the process when your item sells.
We’ve built Emerald with safety in mind. Integrated messaging means no need to give out personal info, and profiles help you build trust. If anything feels off, we’re always here to help.
